Shipping, delivery and returns
If you would like to swap a garment we ask that you return the item that you do not want to us in its original condition with labels intact and then place a new order for the garment that you require. If you are in the UK you can use our freepost returns label to return the initial garment to us.
We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving your parcel although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once we have received and processed your return we will send you a refund notification via email. Refunds will be made to the payment card used for your original order and the money will appear back in your account within 3-5 working days. If you have not heard from us then please send us your proof of postage receipt via email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can look into this further.
We’re sorry that your order has not yet arrived. We always work hard to achieve our delivery times, as stated below.
Standard untracked delivery:
Within the UK: 3-5 working days
To Europe: 5-10 working days
To the US and Canada: 6-10 working days
To the rest of the world: 7-14 days.
For UK deliveries you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number in your order confirmation. This will tell you and us when a delivery has been attempted however it does not provide any additional information such as where you order is before a delivery attempt is made.
If your order has been dispatched and no delivery attempt has been made then we would initially ask you to wait a few more days. If you have done this and you have still not received your delivery please email email@example.com and we will look to see if we can investigate this further for you.
We will need to check the status of your order to see if this is possible, as it might already be on its way. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org us with your order number and we will be happy to look into this further for you.
If we are expecting further stock, this will be advised on the product page of the garment. Normally we only receive one delivery per style however we do receive returns regularly, so keep an eye on our website as the item you’re looking for may reappear.
We are really sorry if you have received a faulty item. We pride ourselves on the quality of our clothes and so it is always disappointing when an item falls short of the high standard we expect. Please send an email with your order number, a brief description of the fault and some photos to email@example.com and we can take it from there. Please note that if areplacement item is agreed then we will cover the cost of shipping this to youand you do not need to place a new order with us.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, we’re really sorry. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a photograph of the incorrect item and ideally the product code which should be either on the bag or on the care label inside the garment, as well as which garment was missing if applicable. We will aim to get this resolved as soon as possible.
