UK

Tracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £50, and just £4 for orders under £50.

Express delivery by Royal Mail in 1-2 working days is £7. Please order by 3pm between Monday and Friday for same day despatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels sent using their Tracked 24 service on the next working day (including Saturdays), but this is not guaranteed especially during peak times. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

European Union

Tracked delivery to the EU is €12 or €15 depending on destination. Delivery is FREE for orders over €150. Please check your shipping zone and prices by clicking here.

From 1 January 2021, due to Brexit, deliveries from the UK to the EU are now subject to additional local taxes and/or import duties. For EU customers, when you reach checkout your pricing will be automatically updated to Euros or your local currency, and will include all applicable taxes and import duties. We will pay these charges before delivery, so that you conveniently and smoothly receive your order with no interruption.

United States

From 2 May 2025 the customs rules for goods imported to the US are changing. Tariffs will be applied on imports from most countries, and the duty-free de minimis threshold of $800 is being eliminated for goods that originate from China.

The good news for Kite customers based in the US is that in most cases you will be unaffected and you will still be able to purchase almost all of our products without paying customs duties 😊.

Most of our products originate from Turkey and India and the de minimis threshold will continue to apply on orders containing these items. This means that customs duties will not be payable on entry to the US for orders below $800 in value.

For the 5% of our products that are manufactured in China we will no longer allow US based customers to purchase these items. You will be notified at checkout if you have added something to your basket that was made in China, and requested to remove it from your basket before proceeding. 

In conclusion, we recommend that you keep your order below $800 (approximately £600) in order to benefit from continued duty-free imports to the US, and please be reassured that we will prevent you purchasing any goods made in China.

Tracked delivery to the US will continue to cost £12 and take between 6 and 10 working days, although as the US adjusts to the new customs framework we anticipate there could potentially be some delays.

Rest of World

We welcome orders from international customers all over the world. Please check your shipping zone and prices by clicking here.

Orders from outside the UK or EU may be subject to additional local taxes or import duties. You will be responsible for any charges and will need to pay them at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the regulations in your country we encourage you to investigate before you place an order.

We hope that you love your order but if you need to return it for any reason we've tried to make it as easy as possible.

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
• Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
• If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
• We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
• Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.
• If you require an exchange, please return the original items to us, and place a new order for the required items. We will send out your new order as soon as possible and refund the original order once it has been received back.
• If you have received a faulty item or have an issue with your order, please email us at info@kite-clothing.co.uk.

In the UK you can use our tracked returns service via Royal Mail. Please note, we deduct a £2.50 administration fee for each parcel received when we process your refund.

To return your items to us using our tracked returns service, you need to:

1. Re-pack the items that you want to return (we suggest using the bag we sent the items in). Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact.
2. Complete the returns information on your delivery note indicating the number of items being returned and the reason code, and then enclose with the parcel.
3. Please visit www.kite-clothing.co.uk/returns-label to generate your returns label or arrange a free of charge collection (your postman will bring your printed label).
4. You will be asked to confirm the size and dimensions of your return, as well as provide your order information and details of the return.
5. You can either print your returns label yourself or go to the Post Office where it can be printed for you, or arrange a collection.
6. If printed, apply your returns label to the largest side of your parcel and then either drop it at a Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or have your parcel ready for collection if you have chosen that option.
7. You'll then receive proof of posting which is required for all returns.
8. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, although during sale periods this can be a little longer. Once approved, the refund should then appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 working days. This will include a deduction of £2.50 per parcel received.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:

1. Re-pack the items that you want to return (we suggest using the bag we sent the items in). Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact.
2. Add the returns information to your delivery note indicating the number of items returned and the reason code, and then enclose with the parcel.
3. Return the package to us at the following address, make sure you get a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
