Updated 29th December 2020: Deliveries from UK to mainland Europe have restarted after the temporary closure of the Port of Dover, and we are now sending all orders to European destinations as normal. We ask that you continue to allow extra time for delivery during this busy period.

Updated 7th December 2020: We want to reassure you that during these challenging times we are open and able to safely accept your orders and despatch them as normal. However, we are aware that our delivery partners are currently experiencing capacity challenges and delays, so your parcel may take longer than normal to reach you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

UK deliveries
Standard untracked delivery by Royal Mail in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £50, and just £3 for orders under £50.
Courier delivery is £7 (we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays) with current delivery times of 1-3 days. Order by 12 noon Mon-Fri for same day despatch. Excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands.

International orders
We welcome orders from overseas. Standard untracked delivery to Europe in 5-10 working days is £6, to the US and Canada in 6-10 working days is £8 and the rest of the world in 7-14 days is £8. We also offer tracked and/or signed services. Please check your shipping zone, options and prices by clicking here. Unfortunately due to delivery issues we are currently unable to ship to Russia. 

Orders from outside the UK may be subject to additional local taxes or import duties. You will be responsible for any charges and will need to pay them at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the regulations in your country we encourage you to investigate before you place an order.

If you’re buying gifts this Christmas you can return your garments up to 31^st January 2021 if purchased between 1st November and 24th December 2020.

We hope that you love your order but if you need to return it for any reason we've tried to make it as easy as possible.

• Returns can be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
• Garments must be in their original condition and with labels intact.
• If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
• We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
• Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.

In the UK returns are FREE provided you use the prepaid label supplied with your order.

To return your items via our freepost Royal Mail service you need to:

1. Fill in all of the relevant details on the returns note that came with your order.
2. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact and ensure that you’ve included the completed returns note in your parcel. 
3. Returns are free via Royal Mail’s freepost service. Please use the pre-printed Royal Mail free returns label enclosed in your order.
4. Make sure you get a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
5. We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your parcel although during sale periods this can be a little longer.

For international returns you will need to pay for postage. To return your items you need to:

1. Fill in all of the relevant details on the returns note that came with your order.
2. Re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with labels intact and ensure that you’ve included the completed returns note in your parcel.
3. Return the package to us at the following address, make sure you get a proof of postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing in the post.
